The Corporate Loans I group develops tailor-made financing concepts for investments, working capital needs and strategic projects (e.g. acquisitions, successor solutions) by means of syndicated loans and bridge financing (e.g. Acquisition Bridge) essentially for large international corporations and real estate companies. The financing will be arranged into a financing consortium by recruiting other credit institutions.
