Project management for global digital training (Global Mandatory Training) for employees of the TÜV SÜD Group and for external customers Advice and support of our customers in the implementation of digital projects (from offer to implementation) Conception and coordination of tailor-made solutions with the departments and customers Control of production and development of learning content including Translation to release Planning of the implementation phase (rollout) in the dimensions of technical framework conditions (LMS), operations and support Stakeholder Management – Construction and Implementation of Communication Routines Control and monitoring of all relevant project dimensions such as performance content, dates, budget, quality and resource use Continuous process management and optimization of the processes in the project life cycle

Complete Business Studies Experience in supporting customer projects for large companies, ideally in the service sector Creativity and enthusiasm for innovative learning solutions Experience with various training formats, synchronous and asynchronous Professional knowledge and consulting skills in learning management and learning experience systems Knowledge of project management methods and procedures in handling complex customer requirements (project management competence) Routinized handling of MS Office applications, knowledge of LMS (e.g. Moodle, SuccessFactors, docebo) and CRM of advantage
