To accelerate the transition to electromobility, we are working on innovative charging solutions in the Charging Unit – be it at home, on the road or in the commercial sector. We want the Mercedes-Benz shop to become a special customer experience. Our area MB.CHARGE Public, Green Charging & Analytics is internationally responsible for the market expansion, improvement and support of innovative customer solutions on the topic of “loading of the vehicle” in the “Charging@Public” cluster. In addition, as a cross-sectional function, we are responsible for the topic of Data & Analytics for all topics (Charging@Public, Charging@Home and Charging@Business) within the Charging Unit. As an analytics team, we work in a dynamic and exciting environment on data-driven solutions to analyse the use of our charging solutions and to enable demand-oriented and customer-centric product development. For this purpose, we bring together a large number of data sources in our data platform, prepare the data, analyze them and provide them to colleagues, e.g. via dashboards. In order to achieve this, we work closely together in a team- and sector-wide manner – within the Charging Unit, but also with our colleagues in Sales, Development and IT. Our working methods are strongly oriented towards agile swarm logic and live with high flexibility and mutual support – also across team, division and department boundaries. Supports you in the further development of our data platform in the Charging area Conducting requirements for the further development and new development of analytics solutions from the needs & wishes of the colleagues of the Charging Unit Work independently on Data & Analytics concepts such as onboarding data sources or the conception of dashboards Use your existing skills to analyze data, e.g. with SQL/PySpark or to develop dashboards in Power BI Work in the moderation and preparation of workshops and management meetings Ideally, you can start your internship in April or May 2026.

To be successful...
