Process Technician - Production Optimization and Project Management (Machining) (m/f/d)

Become part of our team as a process engineer (m/w/d) in our technology center.

You play a central role in the continuous optimization of our machining processes and contribute significantly to the increase in quality, cost-effectiveness and process reliability. In this position, you conduct your own projects – from analysis to implementation – and actively participate in the manufacturing strategy of our company. Conducting own projects for process optimization, e.g. increasing the OEE of a machine group, as well as designing and implementing a tool to support a manufacturing strategy Definition and assessment of manufacturing strategy (Make-or-Buy decisions, internal/external production) and ensuring the most economical methods Analysis of process deviations and quality problems using structured methods (e.g. CVP, PDCA) and derivation of optimization measures Technical interface to customers (processing of inquiries, production cost determination) and support in the introduction of new products/technology Cooperation with manufacturing, programming and quality assurance to continuously improve quality, productivity and process safety

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Further training for technicians, masters or technical studies Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, production processes and process optimization (e.g. Lean Management, OEE) Experience in handling key figures and methods such as KVP, 5S or PDCA cycle Analytical thinking, structured working and the ability to understand complex facts High self-motivation and organisation as well as responsibility awareness
