For the Facility Management division at the workplace in Bonn, the central office is looking for one or more: Controller in Finance (w/m/d) (Entgeltgruppe 11 TVöD Bund, ID: ZEFM1203, Stellen‐ID 1332106) The setting is terminated. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate company of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with more than 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colorful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. For these versatile and responsible tasks we are looking for innovative heads that think and act sustainably. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and versatile objects – from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn to federal courts and research institutes to the customs, federal police, federal army or the German Federal Institute of Technical Relief (THW). You are in permanent exchange with our central specialist departments and regional controllers on the subject of budget controlling and measures controlling with the focus of construction services. Their findings are incorporated into management and risk reports, target agreements and economic planning. For this purpose, you can create lists of measures on a monthly basis and exchange them with a team of controllers in the regions and the area of key figures for forecasting. For economic planning, analyse the project lists for construction performance for the region assigned to you and set a budget for the next year. Ideally, you design your working day by collecting and compiling data, figures and facts, but are predominantly structured and targeted exchanges on the above-mentioned subjects. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace occasional service trips, including throughout the federal territory, are incurred. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: You have completed university education (Diplom [FH] /Bachelor) of the Department of Economics, Business Administration or Economic/Financial Mathematics, Professional in the field of real estate or controlling or a comparable qualification. Competences: Knowledge and experience in the preparation and summary of large amounts of data as well as in the targeted presentation (e.g. Power BI) Knowledge in the financial and controlling sector as well as in the use of controlling instruments Use knowledge in SAP or comparable applications Knowledge and experience in real estate management and facility management Other: Outstanding communication skills and determination Ability to collect, structure and work independently Their mode of operation is solution-oriented and not problem-oriented Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for your own actions Willingness and ability to process unplanned tasks (within working time) at short notice Willingness to acquire missing application skills at short notice Ability to stay calm and in challenging situations
