Vehicle inspection staff (m/f/d)

Guide and control of the assigned vehicle area taking into account the strategic requirements of the central fleet Ensuring the correct implementation of all maintenance, maintenance and repair measures according to manufacturer specifications and legal regulations Responsibility for 100% compliance with all test periods, safety controls and vehicle removal (e.g. HU, SP, UVV) Organisation and optimization of operations in the workshop and interface coordination with fleet disposition Result responsibility for the technical operational capability and traffic safety of the supervised vehicles/areas Responsibility for the economic workshop management as part of the predefined budgets and processes Ensuring compliance with all legal, safety and quality requirements in the workshop area Technical responsibility for the development and motivation of technical personnel Implementation of technical requirements and standards of the central fleet in workshop operation Responsibility for safe, efficient and sustainable technical operations in line with corporate objectives

Completed training as a KFZ mechatronic or comparable training Continuing training for the KFZ technician / Master desirable Practical experience in the automotive sector as well as initial experience in professional staff management Good knowledge of current MS Office applications Good German knowledge of word and writing and basic English skills Class C / CE licence Organizational talent, high self-motivation and joy in the maintenance of our vehicles
