Recruiting und Employer Branding Manager (m/w/d)

As Recruiting & Employer Branding Manager (m/w/d) in the HR department, you take a key role in optimizing and developing our personal strategies. You are responsible for the recruitment and selection of new talents, strengthen our employer brand through targeted employer branding measures and ensure a first-class Candidate Experience. You will get insights into the diverse HR topics and have the chance to introduce and implement your own ideas.

Your tasks: Recruiting & Applicant Management: You are responsible for the entire recruiting process – from creating and switching job advertisements, screening applications, coordinating and conducting interviews. Reporting & Analysis: You are responsible for building new reporting structures, analyze our KPIs and communicate the results with relevant stakeholders. Employer Branding: You develop our employer brand, take appropriate measures, enter our social media presence and strengthen our employer brand through creative campaigns. HR-Projects: You carry out HR-related projects and actively promote the further development of our HR processes.

Your profile: You work independently, meet independent decisions and actively advance projects You have already been able to implement and successfully manage HR or recruiting projects You have a degree or comparable training – ideally with a HR, BWL or communication-related focus You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in HR, e.g. B. Recruiting or/and Employer Branding Experiences from sales or retail (single retail) are advantageous You like working in the team, are reliable and flexible You recognize optimization potentials, think solution-oriented and use data for sound decisions You bring creative ideas and want to create innovative HR projects You have extensive communication skills in Word & Writing (very good knowledge of German)
