These are your tasks Value determination: You can visit residential, commercial and mixed properties and then create value indications as well as loan value and market value assessments. Quality control: The technical examination and quality assurance of opinions is also part of your responsibility. Object and construction test: You assess the progress of construction projects on site and evaluate the construction costs in the context of the occupancy objects. Market analysis: Market and location analyses within the business area develop structured as the basis for resilient reviews.

We wish you Technical basis: A completed study in civil engineering, construction and real estate management or a comparable qualification forms your foundation. Certifications: In addition, you will already bring the certificate to BelWertV, a certificate expert: in real estate and ideally a completed certification HypZert (F). Practical experience: You have practical experience in real estate assessment or adjacent areas. Whether with a well-founded professional experience or with the first relevant practice and the clear goal of developing professionally – your assessment understanding and your motivation are crucial. Expertise: Business and engineering expertise as well as an analytical, structured and team-oriented way of working. Mobility: Our business area is wide-ranging – so we presuppose a class B driver's license as well as the readiness to on-site terminals in the evaluation objects. A private vehicle is advantageous, if necessary a pool vehicle can be used.

You can expect from us An annual salary between 55,400 – 76,400 Euro (TVöD-S, max. 9c) including special payments, tailored to your relevant professional experience & your degree 39 working hours per week, flexible working hours and parttime offers The possibility of working up to 40% hybrid after incorporation 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December as well as special holidays for special occasions An onboarding tailored to you, incl.
