Your field of activity is in our electronics production ( Hybrid Manufacturing Division), where you process, monitor and check various electronic production orders according to existing production plans. You equip hybrid circuits on the basis of drawings or Unit lists, establish gold wire links (25 μ) with Wire Bonder, check them independently and document your results. Furthermore, you assemble the material as well as the parts independently, put the necessary tools or Predictions and structure the associated workflows. The selection of measuring and testing equipment, the reliable and self-initiative elimination of errors and the implementation of final tests round off your multi-page spectrum of tasks.

A completed training in the field of electronics, mechanics or a comparable technical field is the ideal precondition for this position. You show high interest in electronics and can convince by professional experience in demanding electronics production, in particular hybrid production, as well as experience in chip-on-board processes (COB). In addition, you have excellent fine motor skills, appreciate the work in the team and are characterized by a high sense of responsibility.
