Construction, development and operational management of the Internal Actuarial Academy (concept, curriculum, annual planning) Planning and organisation of seminars, training and conferences in close coordination with the academic departments and internal and external speakers: Ensuring uniform quality standards and evaluation of continuing training Management of projects and initiatives in the academic environment incl. Planning, control, monitoring and result controlling Ensure transparency about goals, milestones and progress (e.g. reporting, dashboards) Risk, issue and change management as well as preparation of decision-making documents for management
