Conception, construction and operation of on-premises Kubernetes environments and automation of infrastructure processes using IaC tools Development and support of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging and alerting of the platform as well as network policies, service mesh, East-West traffic optimization Ensuring high availability, scalability and resilience of the container platform Integration of new services and microservices into the Kubernetes environment as well as troubleshooting and performance optimization in complex cluster environments Implementation of security measures such as RBAC, Secrets Management, Network policies, Image scanning Integration and operation of Bare-Metal storage solutions for Kubernetes, management of CSI drivers and distributed storage systems as well as lifecycle management of Kubernetes clusters and associated system components Close cooperation with development teams to promote DevOps practices, documentation, production of operating concepts and further development of technical standards

Found experience in the operation of Kubernetes on-premises (no pure managed cloud operation) and knowledge of container technologies such as docker, containerd or CRI-O as well as experience with service mesh routine in the construction and operation of CI/CD pipelines and experience with Monitoring & Observability Very good knowledge of Linux administration (Ubuntu, RHEL, SLES, etc.) Knowledge of scripting/automatization (Bash, Python, Go of Advantage), virtualization technologies, high availability and cluster design as well as network knowledge (TCP/IP, load balancing, ingress, firewalls, DNS) Experiences in ''Infrastracture as Code'' technologies (e.g. Ansible, Terraform) with regulated environments, with storage systems in Kubernetes as well as in GitOps or configuration automation Certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS) are a plus Team spirit, high sense of responsibility in the operation of critical systems, openness to new technologies and projects and joy in the use of open source tools
