In the context of the transfer of employees (with takeover or direct placement) we are looking for a master of a project at our customer in Oberkochen (m/w/d).

What activities do you expect?

• implementation of small repair and maintenance work on the building, on technical installations and external installations
• Control and monitoring of domestic engineering (e.g. heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary facilities)
• On-site contact for customers in technical and infrastructural matters
• Coordination and supervision of external service providers (e.g. craftsmen, maintenance firms)
• Maintenance of outdoor facilities (e.g. green areas, winter service, cleaning work)
• Implementation of control procedures and documentation of defects
• Compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements

• A craft or technical training (e.g. electrical engineering, plant engineering, building technology) or a comparable degree
• Technical understanding
• Professional experience in the field of work
• Self-employed, carefully and forward-looking, and is a real team player
• Mobile with class B driving licence
