Leading the property management team (m/f/d)

As the head of one of our object management teams (BEFM 1300), you are the strategic head behind the management and development of our services. You combine operational know-how with modern leadership culture. Your core tasks: Guided tour with panoramic view: You have the technical and personnel responsibility for your team. You control service and specialist supervision and promote a tariff- and amt-appropriate employment of your employees. Strategic asset management: You are responsible for the entire life cycle of the objects from rental and administration to energy recovery and maintenance strategy (including via AiBATROS). Economic control: You have a firm view of the surplus income statement. Through active vacancies management and cost control, you ensure the cost-effectiveness and achievement of your area. Interface management & representation: In difficult negotiations with users: you act diplomatically and purposefully. You prepare complex proposals for decision-making for the management of the department and deal with political individual cases of fundamental importance. Security & quality: You ensure the highest level of work protection for your team and provide excellent tenants with regular satisfaction analyses. What you bring: You are a state-of-the-art executive who wants to manage complex real estate portfolios not only, but actively optimize them – with a commercial mind and a sense of finger for the public sector.
