Where does the music play? Here! In our Kita Alsterklang, the music kita of WABE. We sing, drum, play, dance. Our 115 children present the tone and the pace during our opening hours from 06:00 to 18:00. Not just musical. We also awaken their curiosity every day in the other areas of education. For this we already received the Hamburger Bildungspreis.

The rooms in our kitas are creative and learning landscapes for children and offer you the opportunity to fully develop your ideas and potential in your role as educators/SPA. The concept of open pedagogy of mindfulness corresponds to our approaches to the development of children. Self-perception, self-determination, self-confidence and self-responsibility are the focus.

Your perspectives - Our tasks

• Active accompaniment of our kitacians in individual kitaday along our open pedagogy of mindfulness. Their work is based on the Hamburger educational recommendations and needs of children.
• In the daily morning conferences, our children can choose from various offers prepared by educators, taking into account the interests of children.
• Our excellently equipped music room offers you all the possibilities to present sound performances on stage together with our children.

Your skills - Our expectations

• A completed training for the educator, social pedagogical assistance, music education or a comparable degree is absolutely necessary.
• They play a musical instrument (dark piano or guitar) and have experience in playing with children up to 6 years.
• With your passion for rhythm, singing and music, you'll be able to meet the Alster sound.
• Openness, willingness to learn and teamwork as well as knowledge, experiences or interest in the field of open pedagogy complete your profile.
