These are your tasks Leadership: As a team leader, you have both professional and disciplinary leadership responsibility. Optimization: Together with other team leaders, you are constantly working on the conception and further development of our media customer sales. Responsibility: Take a look at your team's processes and take responsibility for achieving the diverse goals together. Personal development: As a coach:in and coach:in you accompany the introduction and personal development of the media and methodological skills of your employees. Customer loyalty: Together with your team, you will strengthen the relationship with our customers and customers through proactive contact for e.g. appointment arrangements, personal service advice or campaign support.

We wish you Completion: A completed training as a specialist:in the banking/commercial sector or multiannual professional experience in a customer or call centre or in the banking sector, e.g. as a private customer advisor:in. Experience: Optimum are practical experiences in the banking environment as well as in a customer or call center. Leadership: First experience in the leadership or guidance of employees. Team design: A desire for a leadership role in a hybrid team with the ability to create proximity and cohesion digitally. Customer orientation: A strong feeling for customer experiences and sales, combined with good contact and communication skills and a structured way of working. Flexibility: willingness to perform the management task flexibly within our opening hours: Monday to Friday, 8-18 hrs.

You can expect from us An annual salary between 52,000 - 73,000 Euro (TVöD-S, max. E9b) including special payments, tailored to your relevant professional experience & your degree 39 working hours per week, flexible working hours and parttime offers The possibility of working up to 40% hybrid after incorporation 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December as well as special holidays for special occasions An onboarding tailored to you, incl.
