You are responsible for the group-wide billing price framework for project activities in the USA, Chile and Poland, Spain and Italy. Your focus is on the operational design and documentation of billing prices as well as ensuring a lean international tax compliance. Strategic IStR questions are resolved in close coordination with the Head of Tax and, if necessary, external consultants. You take care of the development, implementation and ongoing care of a pragmatic TP framework (methods, spans, guidelines) for management/O&M-fees, project financing and cost envelopes according to OECD guidelines You create and update the TP documentation (Masterfile/Roll-forward, Transaction Matrix, Local Files for Essential Transactions) and monitor the deadlines and documentation quality Operationalization of TP requirements in Intercompany contracts (service contracts, loans, cost envelopes) and support in accounting implementation in SAP in coordination with the finance managers of the foreign markets is in your area of responsibility You build a slender cross-border governance process and also operate it: tax assessment of foreign contracts (service providers, project contracts, financing), PE/source tax screening and documented tax-sign-off process - complex IStR consultations are coordinated with the head of tax and consultants You screen foreign payments (interests, service fees, licenses) on source tax risks; Control of DBA use and release/refunding procedures in cooperation with the Head of Tax You secure the essential international reporting obligations (e.g. DAC6, § 138 AO) in coordination with the Head of Tax You build simple monitoring routines (e.g. SAP evaluations, TP dashboards) for early detection of business and source tax risks and escalate critical issues at the Head of Tax You'll be discussing a close coordination with the Head of Tax as well as the finance managers of the foreign markets and develop practical guidelines for procurement, legal and project teams
You have completed economic or legal studies; Tax consultant qualification or further training with TP focus of advantage You have several years of professional experience with a clear focus on transfer pricing, ideally in the energy/infrastructure industry or a tax consulting company You bring well-founded TP expertise with: OECD Guidelines, Method selection, Documentation (Masterfile/Local File, Transaction Matrix) and have experience in operational implementation in contracts and accounting You have a basic understanding of international tax law (DBA principles, business premises concept, source tax mechanisms) - deep IStR special knowledge is not required You are routined in dealing with ERP systems (SAP preferred) for tax-relevant data processes and evaluations You speak English, other languages (Spanish, Polish or Italian) are desirable Your strengths include your process-oriented, structured way of working, your pronounced communication strength and joy in cross-departmental coordination
