You take care and support of accounting applications such as SAP SD, xSuite Invoice Flow and Coupa as well as the monitoring and troubleshooting of SAP interfaces. You analyze and troubleshoot daily operations and support users (w/m/d) in technical and technical questions. You carry out trainings and workshops for users (w/m/d) and create documentation and manuals. You work with internal and external IT teams to further develop applications. Monitoring and ensuring system availability and performance is also one of your tasks.

You have completed training in a relevant area such as computer science, information technology or accounting. You have basic knowledge of IT systems, accounting applications and interfaces. You are convinced by a good oral and written communication capability to interact effectively with customers (w/m/d) and team members (w/m/d), thereby bringing service orientation. You have experience in analyzing, diagnoseing and offering appropriate solutions. You are ready to work closely with other team members (w/m/d) and share knowledge.
