That's what you bring: You have a degree in economics with a focus on personnel or a comparable field of expertise – ideally complemented by professional experience as a personnel consultant. As an alternative, you have completed a degree of professional training (e.g. as an industrial businessman/woman) and a further training as a personnel specialist (m/w/d). You have a well-founded knowledge of working and working constitutional law and have already gained first experience in trusting cooperation with the works council. You have knowledge of pay tax and social security law and apply it safely. Your Hands-on mentality and flexibility are yours. In addition, you bring a pronounced communication skills and a high openness to changes.
