Leadership & strategic development: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the sales management team with the aim of continuously developing performance, motivation and strategic orientation. Conception & Governance: Perception of a higher-level governance role for conceptual design, standardization and continuous optimization of sales processes within the SPIE GSA Group.
