As a member of the Executive Board, Group Strategy is working to answer the Group's most important strategic issues. The focus is on the digital and organizational transformation, new business models and internal business development. Join now and support us for three to six months! This is what awaits you You support your project team in creating internal and external analyses on market trends, competitors and customers and identify strategic growth areas In addition, you are involved in answering strategic questions of the Executive Board, accompanying the implementation of the strategy and have the opportunity to set new impulses You design important strategic decision-making and meeting foundations for management and support regular reporting to the Supervisory Board and the capital market In addition, you will learn dynamic project, consulting and strategy work and benefit from the coaching of project leaders You are part of a casual modern corporate culture and experience the exciting phase of digital transformation You also benefit from an active Alumni network

You have a bachelor's degree in economics, media sciences or comparable degree programs at a leading university/high school of your subject (ideally top 10%) In addition, you could already gain relevant practical experience, ideally in a management consultancy, investment bank or audit, strategy or business development department You have very good analytical skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial way of thinking and communicate your thoughts proactively and without obstacles In addition, you work independently and extremely reliably with above-average use, flexibility and team spirit You have very good MS PowerPoint and MS Excel knowledge and are reliable in English (word and font)
