You are responsible for the dynamic planning, planning adjustment and the organisation of our municipal waste collection tours and, in the course of this, use our driving personnel You also ensure the best possible utilization of our fleet in the event of short-term changes and always keep in mind compliance with legal requirements You are the first contact person for citizens and clients in telephone and written customer contact, from order receipt to complaint processing Local tours are checked, reworked and reported As a trustee, you always have an open ear for our drivers and loaders and ensure a pleasant working atmosphere in which our driving staff feels supported

After successfully completing your training, you will bring first professional experience in a commercial activity and have worked with Outlook and Excel, among others. You enjoy working in an agile and fast-paced environment, can quickly make decisions, effectively enforce them and always keep a cool head You are an absolute team player and appreciate the handling of people with different cultural backgrounds You know the city of Augsburg are familiar with the city rushes, main roads as well as neighbouring counties, such as Aichach-Friedberg and Landsberg/Lech You already have (first) experiences in the MRP or Logistics of a fleet collected
