Own content support of management in commercial, organizational and tax-relevant issues - creation of decision templates, presentations and management documents Professional organization and coordination of appointments including pre- and post-processing (about 1-2 days assistance activities) Active cooperation in governance, IKS and compliance topics as well as their documentation and further development Acquisition and co-design of small cross-sector projects (analysis, planning, implementation)

Completed commercial training or business studies Professional experience in a lecturer, staff, project or demanding assistance function Detectable experience in the structured organization of complex dates and processes at management level Knowledge of governance, IKS, compliance or comparable control systems Very good MS Office skills (in particular Excel, PowerPoint), SAP desirable High self-initiative, analytical thinking and a strong organizational talent
