You support the placement of IT specialists - from initial contact to contract signature You learn how customer relationships are maintained and new business partners are targeted You participate in creating individual offers and gain insights into price negotiations and contract processes In the recruiting team, you support the match between candidates and companies - and learn what's really important with the perfect fit You accompany applicants through the entire application process and assist in coordinating all steps You help to develop our customer network sustainably - with a view to new opportunities and business potentials

You are currently studying BWL, economic psychology, human resources management or a related subject - or have recently completed your studies First experience in sales, recruiting or HR is a plus You're sure to go with MS Office and don't have any barbarity in digital tools You are strong in communication, think entrepreneurial and work structured and reliable You have fun getting active, working in the team and facing new challenges
