Field service technician (m/w/d)

You install and configure IT hardware and software ( MEDISTAR) at our customers in the region.

Here you build an IT system infrastructure defined by standards or carry out repairs of already installed components.

In telephone contact with our customers, you answer questions and identify possible sources of error.

You document your activities comprehensible and seamlessly.

You train the users on site in the use of the MEDISTAR medical information system and give them valuable tips to ensure the smooth use of the software in their everyday practice.

You have completed IT training, e.g. as a specialist informatics (m/w/d) for system integration, service technician (m/w/d), IT system administrator (m/w/d), network administrator (m/w/d), or you have an equivalent qualification.

Ideally, you already have professional experience in the field and in the installation of medical information systems.

Your reliable and conscientious work with a systematic and customer-oriented approach distinguishes you.

On spontaneous changes, you are flexible and at high working density you keep an overview.

To communicate with our customers, you bring very good German knowledge.
