They support the field management in their work and are at the same time team management for seven employees You are responsible for building IT security (data security) in dealing with the OPEN/PROSOZ technical procedure They are responsible for parameterizing the specialist procedure in the field of SGB XII, SGB IX, AsylbLG and software tests in new program versions and error management You create evaluations, legal recipient statistics and work instructions for specialists You conduct independent IT projects in your area of competence You are a contact person for OPEN/PROSOZ users via a telephone hotline and the amtsintern ticket system (OTRS) A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

a university degree (Bachelor, Diploma) in Public Management or Social Economy or a degree as an administrative specialist or a completed university degree or university degree with multiannual professional experience in the described function or a completed training as a computer science clerk with relevant professional experience in the above mentioned field of work Knowledge of IT data security and OPEN/PROSOZ Knowledge of social benefit law, including SGB XII, SGB IX and AsylbLG high communication capability, commitment and flexibility as well as service and customer orientation Advanced knowledge of the common MS Office products and a structured way of working to solve complex tasks in cooperation with the relevant departments Knowledge of MS-Access, SAP and in creating evaluations/controlling are advantageous
