Head of Property Management (m/f/d)

As a management (m/w/d) object management, you assume the strategic and operational responsibility for the company-wide energy procurement for our retail and wholesale locations in Germany and Austria. In doing so, you are responsible for the central contractual negotiations for the purchase of maintenance, service and dispossessing services for our 400 markets in Germany and are driving cost optimization decisively. Together with your team, you will provide the nationwide emergency management incl. 24/7 Readiness and service provider network secure and coordinate repair management for our nationwide market network. You identify cost-saving potentials for internal and external services and drive them decisively. As a manager, you continuously develop your team, plan resources efficiently and conduct regular employee and feedback talks. You are responsible for the technical examination of additional cost bills, rental contracts and permanent rental bills with your employees and ensure the processing of the rental deficiencies.

You have a successfully completed study or comparable completed technical or commercial training – ideally with additional qualification in the field of facility management, energy supply or real estate management. You are characterized by several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable environment. Strategic thinking and negotiation skills are among your strengths. With your structured and solution-oriented approach, you can also keep an overview in complex situations. Communication strength and liability shape your cooperation with internal and external partners. A high degree of ownership and organisational skills complete your profile.
