Your entry: In the 24-month trainee program at EWE NETZ, you will get to know our technical infrastructure step by step. Every three months you change to a new station and gather experiences in various areas around networks, facilities and technical building infrastructure.

In asset management telecommunications, you work on the strategic development of our networks. You will learn how technical requirements, economic decisions and social developments come together to create powerful and future-proof TK infrastructures. Together with your team, you develop ideas on how our networks can carry the digital world of tomorrow in the future

Technology becomes very practical in building technology: Here you accompany construction and modernization projects and work together with experienced project leaders on innovative solutions for modern buildings. From heat, climate and ventilation systems to electrotechnical systems and IT infrastructure to security and media technology, you learn how intelligent technology makes buildings more efficient, more sustainable and more comfortable

During your stations, you bring your ideas, take responsibility step by step and work closely with colleagues (w/d/m) from various disciplines. Not only does your knowledge grow, but also your network in the company

That's what you bring: A completed study (Bachelor or Master) in electrical engineering, information and communication technology, energy technology, industrial engineering with a technical focus, business informatics, building or supply technology, facility management with a focus on building technology or a comparable subject

Interest in planning, developing and sustaining technical infrastructure

Joy in working on complex technical topics and developing solutions together

An open, digital mindset and desire to improve processes with new ideas

Communication strength and joy in working with people from different areas

Team spirit, initiative and motivation to take responsibility

Very good German knowledge (C1) and an authentic appearance

And very importantly, you don't have to be able to perfect everything - much more importantly, your curiosity, your interest in technology and your desire to shape things - we learn the rest together!
