Own-responsibility request and monitoring of the tender process in purchasing Construction and maintenance of the subcontractor, service provider and supplier network Own-responsibility assessment and organisation as well as the management of bidding discussions in close cooperation with the technical field logging of bidder talks and creation of contracts based on VOB, BGB, HOAI and AGB Project-related budget controls throughout project processing Credit assessments of partners, entrepreneurs and suppliers Control of certificates and certificates of partners, subcontractors and suppliers

Graduated commercial or technical vocational training, e.g. as an industrial businessman/wife/training as a technical:r buyer:in or a comparable degree in the field of business / economic engineering / civil engineering Professional experience in a comparable position, desirable in the construction industry Basic knowledge of building and contract law High communication capability, enforcement strength and negotiation skills Team skills Good knowledge of handling with MS Office software applications, knowledge of the application of iTwo and DocuWare desirable Technical interest in building materials, manufacturing processes and construction techniques is desirable
