To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable Hausmeister (m/w/d) at the next possible time.

Your tasks

• Green care and care of outdoor facilities
• External cleaning and winter service
• Implementation of small repair and maintenance work
• cleaning and care of office, sanitary and community rooms
• Proper waste disposal and filling of consumables
• Careful handling of working and cleaning agents and reporting of damages and vulnerabilities

• ideally completed artisanal or technical training (e.g. electricians, plant mechanics, mechatronics or comparable)
• Technical understanding and pronounced craftsmanship
• Self-employed, reliable and structured operation
• Friendly, service-oriented and professional appearance
• Care and responsibility for cleaning and care
• willingness to occasionally take over call or standby services
• Class B licence
