Your tasks:

• provision and management of HR services for specific organisational unit in cooperation with the company
• Advising the company in all personal matters
• Promote the implementation of business HR plans and support you in publishing and reading HR key figures and reports for management
• Transfer Personal Policies, E&C Standards and National Work rules on management and apply them
• Support and promote the development of all employees

Your profile:

• Completed degree in Business Administration, International Management and Economics
• Professional experience as HR Business Partner
• Knowledge in MS Office and SAP
• German and English skills are safe for negotiation
