Every resident has individual needs, you recognize them and align the activating daily design on them. You document the care process around the resident (medicine, care logs etc.) - With the team on site you contribute a significant part to ensuring the quality of care - you have an open ear for the residents and their relatives at any time - with your expertise you support colleagues on site, for example, to compensate for outages, to dismantle overtime or dismantle overtime as well as to compensate for overtime.
