Electrist / Electronicser as a mobile service technician in the field of external services – Großraum Hamburg (m/w/d). 

As a mobile service technician / field service technician (m/w/d), you are an indispensable pillar of our technical field service. With your expertise in the field of electrical engineering, you as an electronics company in the service or Serviceelektroniker (m/w/d) to ensure that our state-of-the-art money game equipment and networked system solutions work reliably at all times. You work independently, solution-oriented and in close cooperation with your team in the field of interior services. At the same time you represent BALLY WULFF as a competent technical contact and service partner on site.

• Repair, maintenance and repair of our money game equipment and networked system solutions directly at our local customers
• Conversion and replacement of individual device components
• Installation and commissioning of new generations of devices
• Technical advice of our customers for the optimal use of our products
• Independent organization and coordination of your service operations in the field of application
• Digital documentation of your service operations
• Collection of customer feedback for the further development of our products and service processes

• Completed training in the field of electrical engineering, e.g. mechatronics, machine technician, specialist for machine service, plant mechanic, electronics for equipment and systems, electrical equipment engineer, industrial mechanic (m/w/d)
• Multiannual experience in electrical engineering
• High degree of self-organization and a pronounced service provider's mentality
• Local flexibility in the field of use and a class B licence
• German language skills and friendly forms of handling and a sovereign appearance
