Full responsibility for the development, care and development of existing customer accounts throughout the entire contract and performance life cycle

Responsibility for the framework contract and retrieval management including scope of performance, deadlines, contractual compliance and the deployment and control of internal and external experts

Master or Diploma degree with corresponding professional experience or comparable knowledge and skills

Multiannual experience in account, customer, contract or service management, ideally in public sector or comparable regulated environments

Detectable experience in the care, strategic development and expansion of large and existing customers

Detectable experience in building trusted customer relationships as well as in managing stakeholders at specialist, management and decision-making levels

Funded knowledge in contract and commercial management, in particular in the context of framework contracts, service calls, supply management and economic management

Experience in the holistic management of customer relationships as well as in the coordination of internal and external performance units for the successful implementation of customer requirements

Detectable successes in the development of customer accounts, the development of new needs and the sustainable increase in sales, customer retention and contractual volume within existing customer relationships Proven experience in the presales environment as well as in the creation of business cases, offers, calculations and contract documents
