Your tasks:

• 1st & 2nd level support for our customers
• Processing of customer requests by phone and ticket system
• Documentation of processing for transparent tracking
• Creation and maintenance of Knowledge-Base articles
• With appropriate qualifications: takeover of individual projects beyond support

Your qualifications:

• Enthusiasm for dealing with people, enjoyment of work and a long-term focus on IT support
• A completed IT training with professional experience in support
• Secure handling of ITC and Office applications
• Clear and secure communication - oral and written
• Analytical thinking, sense of responsibility and a conscientious way of working
