Cooperation in medical controlling as a medical coding specialist (MDA) and in MD management Ensuring timely cases and redemption; Organisation and monitoring of coding in the DRG system developing, combining and unifying analytical and control instruments; Work on the analysis of medical economic data for the management of medical controlling Advising the specialist departments; Projects for revenue, cost and process optimization Development and implementation of regular training for medical / nursing documentation and coding (MDK focal points, reporting) Analysis and Optimization of Work Processes in Responsibility

Ideally professional experience in independent collection of DRG-relevant data (coding) and in complaint management / MD management experience in clinical documentation training; Knowledge of classification systems (ICD-GM, OPS 301), German coding guidelines and possibly FoKA / SEG-4-recommendations EDV-Kenntisse (MS Office, Hospital Information Systems, Kodier-Software) Willingness to cross-site and professional cooperation within Vivantes High self-employment, organisational, communication and coordination capability, and enforcement and decision-making Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
