As a Compliance Manager (m/w/d), you will continue to design the Melitta Group's compliance management system and ensure that we act nationally and internationally in line with values and rules. The following exciting tasks await you:

Consulting & Regulatorik: You advise the central and business areas to existing and future regulatory systems and promote value- and regulatory behaviour

Compliance Management System: Your tasks include developing the components of the Compliance Management System, in particular planning, performing and evaluating risk analysis, and expanding and improving compliance programs in the organization

Crisis management & investigations: You participate in Policy Management, accompany internal investigations of compliance incidents and assist in managing crisis situations

Culture & Organisation: In addition, you will strengthen compliance and corporate culture in the central and business sectors and work closely with local compliance ambassadors

Boardwork & Projects: You work in the central Compliance Risk-Functions-Committee and coordinate topics such as sustainability reporting, third-party management and compliance training program

Training, Authorities & Digitalization: You are organising training on compliance topics, especially with the onboarding of business leaders and country managers, representing the organization to authorities and optimierst processes and tools in your area of responsibility

You have a degree or equivalent training with the focus on law/compliance

You bring multi-year professional experience in compliance management in an internationally active organisation, ideally with responsibility as a compliance officer

In addition, you have well-founded knowledge of the application and implementation of standards and guidelines for the enhancement and expansion of compliance management systems (e.g. IDW PS 980, ISO 37301, IDW PS 981, ISO 31000) as well as in anti-corruption requirements, sustainability and ideally AI compliance

You have experiences with compliance audits, internal and administrative investigations, and cooperation with authorities and external legal advice

You have a very high affinity for technical processes, IT systems and applications, you have very good knowledge & skills in handling MS applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and the current AI applications

German and English you can speak and write

You convince us with your distinct communication and language skills, your solution-oriented and structured way of working together constructively with different target groups.

The willingness to work on about 3 days a week on site as well as on occasional travel, completes your profile
