Object monitoring: Own-responsible takeover of object monitoring for the area of heating, ventilation, sanitary and climate (HLSK) Project control: Total responsible control and economic execution of the construction projects in the specified fee framework Interface coordination: Coordination of interfaces between technical structures and building structures for smooth construction Date control: independent scheduling, control and monitoring of all phases of construction Subsequent management: Safe application of cost, rebate and change management Quality assurance: Consistent quality control and assurance according to technical regulations Accounting: VOB-compliant billing of the services provided

Qualification: As a construction manager, you are ideally trained plant mechanic SHK – with training as a master or state-tested technician, or directly from the operating practice with corresponding project experience. As a project manager, you will bring a completed study of utilities, TGA or a comparable technical qualification. Professional experience: At least 3 years of practical experience in the execution, construction management or object monitoring in the HLSK area – professionals from the execution who strive for the next career step in a leading function are expressly welcome Knowledge of standards: knowledge or growing understanding of VOB, HOAI as well as the technical regulations of the TGA – readiness to incorporate System competence: Secure handling of MS Office; Knowledge of MS Project Personality: Self-responsibility, assertiveness and strong communication – with real team capacity and resilience even in challenging project situations
