(Senior) Legal counsel as in-house lawyer

For our Legal and Regulatory Affairs department at the Baden-Baden site, we are looking for a (Senior) Legal Counsel as the next possible entry date Procurator/ attorney (all).

In this position, our company will advise and represent you in the national and international context, especially in the following fields of activity: Legal advice of internal departments and company law support of international subsidiaries Design, examination and negotiation of contracts in German and English with a focus on sales and research Assessment of competition and pharmacy issues, in particular in pharmaceutical and advertising law Ensuring and complying with regulatory requirements and in other compliance areas Assessment and presentation of legal opportunities and risks to non-jurists Cooperation with external firms

Full jury with above-average State Examina Additional qualifications in international law or an LL.M. are advantageous Professional experience in a comparable position in the company or in a firm desirable, but no condition Willingness to incorporate into new and complex questions Embossed analytical skills, an independent and structured way of working as well as a fast and resilient verdictability Pragmatic approach and consideration of business concerns in legal advice Impressed communication, team and integration skills as well as excellent expression and presentation skills in word and writing Very good knowledge of German and English, ideally acquired abroad
