Project manager, central project management (m/f/d)

Own management of strategically relevant projects (e.g. ERP launches, international expansion, organizational transformations) within the scope of the project portfolio. Responsibility for the development and implementation of project target images, project plans and roadmaps incl. Time, resource and budget planning. Control of interdisciplinary project teams and coordination of external service providers and partners. Creation of decision and status documents for management, steering circles and management. Identification, evaluation and control of project risks, dependencies and escalations. Ensuring target achievement in terms of time, cost, quality and benefits. Active participation in the development of project management standards and methods within the PMO. Coaching and support of Junior Project Managers.

Complete studies in the field of business management, business informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience (at least 5 years) in the management of complex projects with multiple disciplines, ideally in the fields of ERP, trade, supply chain or organizational development. Funded knowledge of classical and agile project management methods, ideally proven by certification (IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2 or the like). Impressed ability to analyze complex issues and develop viable solutions. Safe and convincing appearance at all hierarchical levels. High communication and moderation competence as well as enforcement strength. Own-responsible, structured and result-oriented mode of operation. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
