As part of the Startup Center (SC@CFE) project, the Center for Entrepreneurship (CFE) of the Central Operations Unit Transfer at HSBI will occupy a position as Scientific:r Staff:in as Business Coach in Accelerator The Startup Center project of the Center for Entrepreneurship (SC@CFE) will expand the offering portfolio for start-ups and start-ups based on the existing foundation structures of HSBI. In the context of SC@CFE, comprehensive teaching and workshop formats, coaching offers and the incubator program of the CFE will be complemented by scouting sites in the Industrial Technology and Health & Social Entrepreneurship and by the establishment of an accelerator program.

Development and qualification of founding teams in Investor Readiness Advice and support of the founding teams in all questions of investor financing (in particular business fishing and venture capital financing) Strengthening and further strengthening of cooperation relations with potential investors Expansion of infrastructure for technology-oriented and capital-intensive foundations, e.g. through workshop and exchange formats Planning and implementation of qualifying workshops and networking events as well as support for entrepreneurship courses Conception and step-by-step implementation of an accelerator programme in the context and in cooperation with the actors of the startup ecosystem OWL Evaluation of offers, processes and coaching also within the framework of scientific publications Implementation of training measures and development of individual coaching plans focusing on Investor Readiness
