Education: Completed studies in the field of HR, Economics, BWL or a comparable qualification Professional experience: Long-year-old in-depth practice in 360° recruitment, ideally in a mix of corporate and consulting environment Methodology competence: deep knowledge of interview management, aptitude diagnosis and active sourcing Tool expertise: Secure handling of modern applicant management / HCM systems such as Workday or d.vinci Mindset: Proactive sharing of knowledge and the willingness to support colleagues in a professional way to become better together as a team Language knowledge: German language skills (C2) and knowledge of English (C1) Operation: Structured approach to complex recruiting challenges and high stakeholder orientation
