What you expect: Ensuring efficient material supply of production in close coordination with suppliers and production control Conducting the material disposition including setting of parameters such as batch sizes, safety stocks and recovery times Proactive risk management to avoid material bottlenecks and control escalation with suppliers Monitoring and optimisation of stocks in terms of quantity and value and implementation of measures to reduce stocks Planning, coordination and control of delivery dates, delivery plans and material inputs including communication with suppliers Analysis and reporting of disposition-relevant key figures as well as maintenance of master data and processing of exceptions

Completed commercial or technical training as well as several years of experience in the material disposition or supply chain environment of an industrial company Knowledge of material demand planning and supply chain processes in discrete manufacturing Secure handling of ERP systems, in particular SAP ECC, as well as MRP and planning tools Very good skills for carrying out material analyses and evaluations Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as knowledge in purchasing law of advantage Entrepreneurial thinking, structured and solution-oriented functioning as well as pronounced organisational, communication and language competence in German and English
