Trainee Corporate Management and Development (m/f/d)

You have a passion for business relationships and want to get to know the strategic management of a bank from different perspectives? Our 18-month trainee program offers a comprehensive and practical preparation for responsible activities in the fields of controlling, compliance, treasury and revision of the Böblingen County Savings Bank. With over 40 branches and around 1,200 employees in our region, you have the opportunity to actively accompany and shape the company's management and development.

During the program, you will go through four exciting stations where you will not only gain insights into strategic and operational processes, but also work independently on practical projects. During each station you work on real projects, get an experienced mentor to the page and develop a holistic picture of corporate management and development of the Böblingen County Savings Bank. Key tasks: Controlling Acquisition of relevant projects with high ownership structuring and processing of complex questions up to practical results Possible topics: Project office for implementing supervisory novelties (e.g. MaRisk) Revision of the annual risk strategy to MaRisk Updating the annual risk inventory incl. Sustainability aspects in risk management Participation in risk management and controlling annual update of the recovery plan according to MaSanV
