State controls with documentation of unbuilt land (agricultural and horticultural land and rent areas) Withdrawals and handovers of cancelled leases and leases as well as fixing of lease prices and independent award of leases on the basis of existing lease lists assignment and support of care, construction and reorganization measures by external service providers and the digital accounting Individual technical expertise, such as evaluation of plantings, constructional installations in the context of value determinations/impairments, assessment of traffic safety of trees, assessment and decision, among others, in the acquisition of areas Participation in the further development of sustainable use of areas for balancing, nature and species protection measures as well as their integration into higher-level usage concepts (equalification areas, nature protection, attractiveness for sales/cabin etc.), always in close cooperation with the commercial-law object managers in the team for the spatially limited area of competence Advice and participation in tenders for the award of agricultural land A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

A training as a state-tested farmer/in or state-tested gardener/in the field of gardening and landscape construction, such as, for example, businessmen/in or Master/in or technician in the field of agriculture or horticultural and landscape construction, preferably with specialist knowledge and professional experience in the above tasks or alternatively a comparable degree with equivalent skills and experience in corresponding activities Good oral and written expressiveness in German Structured working even with high work and team skills Good computer skills Class B driving licence Willingness to exercise external service appointments within Stuttgart with its own vehicle, authorisation for service purposes is granted
