Porsche E-Bike Performance was founded to redesign mobility and develop innovative electric drive systems for e-bikes. We combine years of experience in the development of e-bike drives with innovative software solutions and extend them through the comprehensive knowledge, research and competence of Porsche. With Porsche E-Bike Performance, we design and produce groundbreaking systems under two brands: compact, lightweight FAZUA drive systems for agile e-bikes and in future also particularly powerful drive systems under the brand name Porsche. Discipline and professional leadership of the Mechanical and Hardware System Testing Team including further development, promotion and motivation of team members Protection of products at system level by performing and evaluating physical tests Review and analysis of requirements to ensure that all test requirements are defined in accordance with product requirements and standards Creation and continuous optimization of test plans for the systematic execution of mechanical and hardware-side tests and the associated increase of the test cover Conducting, analyzing, evaluating and documenting tests Creation and presentation of test reports for communication of results to stakeholders as well as clear documentation and presentation of test results Coordination and coordination of the next steps in cooperation with other teams and stakeholders based on the test results Further development of test stands and test methods Experiments to determine the load of our products under realistic conditions of use

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable technical engineering qualification Long-term professional experience as a test engineer, ideally in performing mechanical and hardware-based system tests as well as relevant methodological expertise Experience in leadership of teams and joy in accompanying and developing team members professionally and disciplinefully Knowledge and understanding of product development processes Authentic, approachable leadership personality with trustful handling of people and joy at work Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and a clear and precise way of expression Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Ability to keep an overview even in complex situations Valuable communication and close cooperation in your own team and with other teams High affinity for bicycles and innovative mobility solutions
