You take over the technical and disciplinary management of the Geology department at the Berlin-Adlershof site and develop it further You control projects across all phases with your expertise in building land, waste and land recycling You enter and advise existing and new customers: competent and solution-oriented as a central contact person Together with your team, you are responsible for sales and earnings and ensure a successful economic orientation of the department You control and coordinate contractors for laboratory and drilling in the implementation of the projects and ensure the quality

You have a degree in geosciences, geology, civil engineering, chemical engineering or environmental engineering or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in the geological environment, ideally supplemented with first leadership or control responsibility. As a leading person, you are characterized by communication strength, commitment and a value-adding way in dealing with your team and client. You work independently as well as reliably and convince with good self and project management. You speak German (C1 level) and bring good IT skills for everyday work. A class B driver's license as well as the readiness to travel close to your home round off your profile.
