For ''Facility Management - Operation, Maintenance & Energy Management'', we are looking for a location in Fürstenfeldbruck Manager (m/d) The area is responsible for the operation, repair and maintenance of the building equipment as well as the building control and energy detection systems as well as the implementation of construction measures. The provision of all energy supply systems to ensure a satisfactory and trouble-free location operation and to achieve the operating results and the objectives of Facility Management also fall within the department's tasks.

Contact person and advice of contracting entities (departments, building owners) for new and new buildings Coordinate and support the implementation of an external service provider in the field of maintenance and maintenance work, check compliance with legal requirements and initiate appropriate measures Participation in projects, support in the planning and development of ideas from new buildings to renovation projects, from design to technical service in the operating phase of our plants Implementation of cost estimates, cost checks and technical acceptance Participation in the preparation of performance directories and tender documents in cooperation with internal/ external bodies Monitoring of exporting firms and decrease in construction services Ensuring and complying with statutory regulations including the necessary safety checks Support for further external sites in technical and organizational matters Testing of technical equipment on warranty defects
