At the next possible time, we are looking for you as District Manager:in Leit- und Sicherheitstechnik (LST) (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG in the network Dresden. At DB InfraGO AG we offer you up to 40 days of vacation, an extensive onboarding, a structured integration with mentor program as well as specialist training and great further development opportunities. Your tasks:

• As district manager, you are responsible for the maintenance of our LST systems in order to ensure safe, punctual and economical operation
• In this context, the coordination and implementation of the inspections are responsible for the relevant directives, triggers follow-up measures taking into account the economic cost-benefit perspective and, where appropriate, eliminates the need for the failure to restore operational safety and availability
• After completion of the qualification, you lead as district manager: in LST your team professionally and disciplinaryly and take over the plant responsibility in the area LST
• The creation of cost centers and personnel needs planning as well as the development of a junior and follow-up planning for your employees are also part of your exciting task portfolio
• The targeted promotion and development of your employees keeps you constantly in mind and is a matter of heart for you
• Takeover of the building management and backup planning as part of your responsibility completes your task

Your profile:

• The basis of your career is a successfully completed technical/university study to:to electric engineer:in or comparable
• In order to carry out internal qualification, you bring commitment and readiness to learn. Your qualification plan is individually tailored to your previous knowledge and concerns
• You have a strong expertise, leadership and entrepreneurship
• You are good at communicating your point of view without losing sight of the needs of others
• You are willing to prove your medical and psychological suitability for the service (the suitability is tested by an operating physician as part of the recruitment)
• Your knowledge of German (min. C1 level) and your valid class B licence complete your profile
