TSB Darmstadt GmbH – strong in the commercial vehicle sector. As the centrepiece of the workshop, you are responsible for the entire order control for cars and NFZ and, together with your team, ensure a timely and high-quality repair. You take over the professional and personal leadership of your workshop team, motivate your employees:inside and actively promote their further development. In close coordination with the service consultants, you plan the workshop utilization and are the central technical contact for complex diagnostic cases. You carry out the final inspection of the vehicles, you are responsible for the final quality check and ensure that the vehicle is handed over for satisfied customers. You ensure compliance with working safety and quality standards and take care of the full operational readiness of the workshop equipment.

You have successfully completed your master's exam in the motor vehicle (car or car). You bring professional experience from the workshop and have ideally already gained first leadership experience. With your customer-oriented way and your ability to enforce, you also keep an overview in stressful situations. You know well with modern vehicle technology, mechanics and diagnostic processes. Your very good German knowledge (C1) enables smooth communication in the team and with customers.
