HR Business Partner (job for all genders)

You advise, attend and coach a clearly defined circle of executives and employees at the location (metal tariff Baden-Württemberg) as well as at international locations, trade independently and work with the works council trustfully and constructively. Your tasks include the further development of leadership principles and continuous organisational development. You work closely with the local centers of excellence and global staff members and translate global HR standards into effective local measures. You work in partnership with the Business Leaders, understand their strategic goals and derive precise HR measures, recommendations and people strategies to strengthen the organisation's performance in the long term. Your activities include the support and control of talent and succession processes such as talent reviews, people development and performance cycles, the design and implementation of global HR programs and initiatives, the support of change processes in a communicative and organizational sense, and the responsibility for predictive personnel planning and smooth HR processes for executives and employees.

You bring at least 5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner in the Group or Matrix environment, have a well-founded knowledge of working law and ideally have completed your studies. Alternatively, you can convince by a comparable qualification with relevant practice experience. Your work is independent, solution-oriented and responsible. You are characterized by a pronounced hands-on mentality, a high level of implementation and a strong social competence in dealing with a variety of stakeholders. You feel comfortable in a dynamic, international environment, value flexibility and freedom of design and enjoy working together with various specialist areas to actively promote and successfully implement changes. A secure communication in German (- C1) and knowledge of English (- B2) are not a problem for you. You master modern HR tools as well as MS Office routined and ideally have experience with Workday or similar HR systems. Other foreign languages are a plus.
